Our client, a global technology and cloud infrastructure leader, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to join their team. As an IT Infrastructure Technical Integration Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Delivery organization supporting construction, telecom, and technical integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities that align with the organization.

Job Title:​​​​​​​ Construction Integration Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week)
Pay Range: $86.25 - $92.89/hour

What's the Job?

  • Lead the technical integration and fit-out activities for large-scale data center projects.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational readiness milestones.
  • Develop production tracking, quality control, and risk management processes.
  • Support project turnover activities to ensure readiness for operations.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, technical integration, or related industries.
  • Experience with data center infrastructure and technical integration projects.
  • Strong program/project management experience in large-scale environments.
  • Vendor and construction management experience.
  • Background combining General Contractor experience with Telecom Lead responsibilities preferred.
