Our client, a leading technology infrastructure and data center development organization, is seeking a Construction QA/QC Support Specialist to join their team. As a Construction QA/QC Support Specialist, you will be part of the Construction Management Department supporting the Project Delivery, Quality, Commissioning, and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction QA/QC Support Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Range: $74.13 - $79.85 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout data center construction projects.
  • Review and audit contractor Quality Management Plans, inspection plans, and QA/QC processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report quality metrics, audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization across project quality programs.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Management, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in construction or data center environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, BIM, Microsoft 365 Suite, Power BI, and construction management software tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
