Construction Project Manager/Healthcare

Our client, a leader in the healthcare real estate sector, is seeking a Construction Project Manager/Healthcare to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager/Healthcare, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting healthcare and office project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager/Healthcare

Location: San Antonio, TX (On-site, minimum 4 days a week in office, with potential for 1 day remote work)

Pay Range: $45 to $48 per hour

What's the Job?

• Delivering projects: Successfully managing and leading healthcare and office projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Team leadership: Leading project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and empowering team members to perform at their best.
• Project planning and monitoring: Developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and proactively addressing risks and issues.
• Budget and quality control: Managing project finances, ensuring compliance with budgets, and implementing quality control measures to meet high standards.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, outpatient, or office construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (software to be added).
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
