Our client Bloom Energy, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. "BEJOBS"

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $35 per hour

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

  • Assemble, troubleshoot, and test complex electro-mechanical and power conditioning modules.
  • Work closely with Engineering and NPI teams to determine optimal component layouts and assist in documentation.
  • Read electrical and circuit schematics proficiently to ensure accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Route electrical harnesses in a clean and logical manner, maintaining high standards of organization.
  • Perform routine tests on finished assemblies or sub-assemblies to verify functionality and quality.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read electrical and electronics schematics accurately.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools and equipment used in electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Experience working with Power Electronics products and PCBA soldering and de-soldering.
  • Education: AA degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair, with at least 5 years in the field.
