Electro-Mechanical Technician

Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a Senior Mechanical & Robotics Tech to join their team. You will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting an innovative datacenter. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Mech & Robotics Tech 

Location: Sun Prairie, WI

Pay Range:$28-30/hr.

What's the Job?

• Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Create and close out work orders with detailed data including labor hours, parts used, and maintenance activities.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements during long shifts.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
