Our client, a leading automotive engineering and manufacturing organization, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (Project Engineer II) to join their team. As an Engineering Project Manager (Project Engineer II), you will be part of the Engineering Program Management team supporting cross-functional engineering, product development, and technical project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate engineering projects and technical activities to ensure successful execution of project objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, timelines, deliverables, and project scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business and technical requirements.
- Analyze project risks, resource needs, and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and cost-benefit analyses to leadership and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of project engineering, project management, or technical program management experience.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or PMI certification preferred, along with experience using tools such as MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
