Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities services organization, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple warehouse and manufacturing locations. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a customer-first mindset that helps you keep client spaces functional, safe, and well maintained.

Location: Hopkinsville, KY
Pay Range: $39 - $42/hr.
What's the Job?
- Partner with local site stakeholders to ensure facilities-related projects and work efforts are completed effectively across multiple locations.
- Oversee service level agreements with vendors and suppliers to support repairs, maintenance, and construction activities while maintaining strong service performance.
- Manage vendor performance by ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget, and that procurement processes follow agreed client guidelines and best practices.
- Support the planning and delivery of scopes of work by partnering with the Sourcing team, monitoring contract expirations, and initiating re-procurement when needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for facilities within the client’s portfolio, proactively engaging stakeholders to meet on-site expectations and maintain strong relationships.
What's Needed?
- 4+ years of experience supporting facilities operations across multiple locations in commercial real estate.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, coordinate work, and deliver results.
- Strong vendor management experience, including oversight of service delivery and compliance with procurement expectations.
- Ability to implement and manage a ticketing/CMMS workflow, respond to facility-related tickets, and drive continuous improvement in office and site operations.
- Must have a current driver’s license and be able to travel locally and, when required, interstate for facility inspections and audits.
