Field Service Tech - CNC Lasers

Our client, an American industrial manufacturing and automation company, is seeking a Field Service Technician (CNC Laser Cutter) to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Field Service Department supporting customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service abilities.

Location: Ohio and the surrounding areas

What will you be doing?

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced OEM machinery at customer sites 
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues to ensure optimal performance and safety 
• Complete service documentation and manage reports for accurate invoicing 
• Provide hands-on customer support and training while traveling up to 90% nationally
