Fleet Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist – Site Launch and Enablement Support to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Department supporting Site Launch, Fleet Operations, Engineering, Mission Control, and Regional Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Specialist – Site Launch and Enablement Support
Location: Foster City, CA (50% travel required)
Pay Range: $46.21/hour

What's the Job?

• Establish and implement operational workflows for new fleet launch sites, including repair scheduling, parts procurement, and hardware/software handoffs.
• Train and onboard Fleet Support Specialists on SAP, Jira, Confluence, and standardized operational processes.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure fleet maintenance, safety, and repair standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations, Engineering, Mission Control, and cross-functional teams to support successful site launches and fleet readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), and launch documentation while supporting reporting and continuous process improvements.

What's Needed?

• 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced service, automotive, aerospace, or similar operational environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP, Jira, and Confluence.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support site launches and operational needs.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pass a background check.
