Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management organization, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting building occupants and site operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a self-driven work ethic, and excellent problem-solving abilities that will align successfully in the organization
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008
Pay Range: $34.19/hour
What’s the Job?
- Perform preventative maintenance and complete daily facility work orders.
- Change HVAC filters and assist with basic HVAC system maintenance.
- Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Complete painting, patching, and general building maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting building occupants and facility operations.
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial or residential multi-family maintenance experience.
- Experience with general maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, and light carpentry.
- Basic computer and tablet skills, including experience using Outlook.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing ladders, and stooping.
