Hydraulic Test Technician

Our client, aerospace and defense manufacturing, is seeking a Hydraulic Test Technician to join their team. As a Hydraulic Test Technician, you will be part of the testing operations team supporting commercial and military hydraulic/pneumatic testing activities. The ideal candidate will have self-motivation, initiative, and sound decision-making skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Hydraulic Test Technician
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: $35 - $38/hr
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 1st Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm (OT possible)
 

What’s the Job?

• Perform high-volume repetitive testing of commercial and military precision hydraulic and pneumatic high-pressure fluid power systems.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting activities on hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Study and record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish production standards.
• Perform a variety of complex testing tasks with limited supervision.
• May direct and lead the work of others while supporting production and maintenance operations.

What’s Needed?

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in the field.
• Previous testing and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
