Maintenance Technician

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services team supporting facility operations and building maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a highly professional attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Lake Suzy, FL

Pay Range: $31.48/hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose equipment issues, and complete necessary repairs.
• Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Review and complete assigned work orders while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards and building codes.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or facility environments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and performing preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer/tablet proficiency.
