Maintenance Technician

Our client, a global life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities and Maintenance Department supporting the Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
• PLC knowledge and manufacturing environment experience are highly preferred.
