Job Title:  Mechanical Designer
Location:  Anoka, MN
Pay Rate:  30-36hr

Responsibilities

  • Update and revise existing engineering drawings and documentation using SolidWorks
  • Perform redlines and print updates to support engineering change activities
  • Ensure drawings, models, and documentation accurately reflect current product designs
  • Work closely with engineers to maintain design accuracy and configuration control
  • Support new product introduction and design change projects
  • Review drawings for accuracy and identify discrepancies when needed
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
  • Help maintain engineering documentation and drafting standards
Qualifications
  • AAS degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design, CAD Technology, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of drafting, design, or CAD experience
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • SolidWorks experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, "go-getter" mentality
  • Exposure to sheet metal design is highly preferred
