Our client, a leading automation and logistics operations organization, is seeking a Mech & Robotics Technician to join their team. As a Mech & Robotics Technician, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting facility reliability and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mech & Robotics Technician
Location: North, Fargo, ND
Pay Range: $22-$25/hr

What's the Job?

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on automated material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, belts, sensors, relays, and other automation equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair robotic and electromechanical systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and documentation using CMMS and other systems.
  • Support a safe work environment while mentoring and assisting junior technicians as needed.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
  • Experience reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
