Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading facilities management and building services organization, is seeking a Mobile Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent time management, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile Engineer

Location: Multiple Facilities / Mobile Route in Paoli, PA

Pay Range: $ 35-37/hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure building systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and equipment adjustments.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, contractor oversight, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety standards, hazardous material procedures, and facility policies.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems with troubleshooting experience.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized maintenance systems.
