Mobile HVAC Technician - Level 2

Our client, a leading provider of commercial facilities and maintenance services, is seeking an Mobile HVAC Technician - Level 2 to join their team. As an Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services team supporting multiple commercial retail locations throughout South Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician - Level 2

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $27.33 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units, split systems, walk-in freezers, coolers, and reach-in refrigeration equipment.
• Travel between assigned commercial locations and manage daily work orders independently.
• Procure parts and materials needed to complete service calls and repairs.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures.

What’s Needed?

• EPA 608 Universal Certification or Types I, II, and III certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between customer locations.
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration experience.
• Experience with rooftop units, commercial split systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
