Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Rockville, MD

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Travel between various facilities, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
