Our client, a leading organization in property maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting site operations across various locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Lewiston, ID

Pay Rate: $30/hr

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC-related issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Support the operation and upkeep of building systems, including lighting, fixtures, and interior components.
  • Move equipment, furniture, and materials as needed to facilitate maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct facility inspections, report conditions impacting occupancy and operations, and assist in safety compliance efforts.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in building repair, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle and tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call emergency response and overtime as required.
