Our client, an advanced electrical systems organization, is seeking a PCB Electrical Technician to join their team. As a PCB Electrical Technician, you will be part of the electrical assembly and test group supporting system integration and startup readiness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safe work practices, a methodical troubleshooting mindset, and the drive to keep documentation accurate and up to date—which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Electrical Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $32-$40

Shift: Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

  • Assist in system electrical layout and panel design for low- and high-voltage systems
  • Build, wire, and modify electrical systems, including routing and terminating heavy power and control cables
  • Perform rework and upgrades to wiring harnesses and electrical assemblies as technical changes arise
  • Create wiring lists and develop/maintain accurate electrical schematics and drawings
  • Support system readiness by conducting I/O checks, continuity testing, functional verification, and ECO implementation for hardware and layout updates

What's Needed?

  • Proven hands-on experience working safely with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical circuits, with consistent application of electrical safety practices including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and safe work procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Experience using diagnostic and measurement tools such as digital multimeters (DMM), oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and power analyzers
  • Skilled in cable preparation, crimping, termination, and routing—especially with large-gauge/high-power cables
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology or related field preferred
