Procurement & Sourcing Specialist (SAP, Supplier Negotiations, Purchase Orders) | One year contract

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing and energy technology organization, is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain & Procurement team supporting Engineering, Operations, Finance, Project Management, and Quality stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement & Sourcing Specialist (SAP, Supplier Negotiations, Purchase Orders)
Location: Imperial, PA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Pay Range: $37.23/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned projects and supplier accounts.
• Conduct RFQs, negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Issue and manage purchase orders while supporting the full procure-to-pay cycle.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings, improved cash flow, and operational efficiencies.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or contract negotiations.
• Experience executing and managing purchase orders within an ERP environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong vendor negotiation capabilities.
