Our client, a global leader in medical technology and product innovation, is seeking a Product Development Technician II to join their team. As a Product Development Technician II, you will be part of the Product Development and Engineering team supporting R&D, Laboratory Operations, and Cross-Functional Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Brea, CA
Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00/hour
What's the Job?
- Support engineers with product development, laboratory testing, and prototype activities.
- Execute test protocols, collect technical data, and document results accurately.
- Assist with equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and laboratory operations.
- Compile, analyze, and prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and test summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development projects in a regulated environment.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma and 4-6 years of laboratory or technician experience in a regulated environment; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- Experience following written procedures, SOPs, test methods, and engineering instructions.
- Hands-on experience performing testing, data collection, and technical documentation.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience supporting laboratory, R&D, product development, manufacturing, or medical device environments preferred.
