Our client, an autonomous mobility organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Playbooks and Standards group supporting cross-functional teams across Operations, Facilities, Construction, Site Design, IT, Safety, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a drive to close open items to completion, and a passion for turning complex, technical inputs into clear, repeatable documentation.

Job Title: Project Coordinator, Playbooks and Standards

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $50/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate standards end-to-end by gathering requirements from subject-matter experts, driving approvals, and tracking decisions to closure.
  • Translate approved requirements into clear documentation, including equipment/material lists, specifications, setup instructions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Facilities, Construction, and Site Design to align on space, electrical, structural, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain controlled documentation with revision history, resolving conflicting or outdated requirements through change control.
  • Validate standards during live site launches, incorporate lessons learned, and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in project/program coordination, operations, facilities, construction, or site deployment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive open items to closure.
  • Ability to turn fragmented information into clear requirements with high attention to documentation and change control.
  • Comfort coordinating across teams and interpreting technical or operational details without being the subject-matter expert.
  • Preferred experience with site launches, facilities or construction projects, procurement, or standards development, including BOMs and controlled change processes.
