Project Engineer

Our client, an aerospace and defense technology company, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting cross-functional engineering and product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $55.00/hr

What’s the Job?

• Support project execution, schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate development activities across engineering teams.
• Perform technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Analyze test results and support validation and verification activities.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with product development, testing, or qualification activities.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), or project coordination activities.
