Purchasing Coordinator,

Our client, a global energy technology and manufacturing company, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their team. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain team supporting Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator

Location: Horn Lake, MS

Pay Range: $35/hr

What’s the Job?

• Review purchase requisitions and create accurate purchase orders for vendors

• Track open purchase orders and communicate delivery status or delays to internal teams

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain adequate stock

• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, shipments, and pricing inquiries

• Resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and invoice-related issues while maintaining ERP records

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, office support, warehouse, or supply chain environments

• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and vendor communication abilities
