Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Clackamas, OR 97015
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule: 4x10s (Four 10-hour shifts)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at our milk production facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting tests, and maintaining accurate documentation to uphold our high-quality standards.
Your work will directly support our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality dairy products to customers.


Training & Schedule Details
  • Training Period (First 2 Weeks):
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
     6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
  • Post-Training Schedule:
    • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    • Monday: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
    • Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
    • Thursday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials and finished dairy products
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Conduct routine testing and document results accurately
  • Maintain and verify calibration of lab and production equipment
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Partner with production teams to quickly resolve quality-related issues
  • Support internal audits and assist during external audits
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports on key metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance or food production (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed
