Job Overview

🚀 We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician 5 to support quality assurance and production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will inspect, test, and evaluate products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards. Your expertise will play a critical role in identifying production issues, driving corrective actions, and maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test processed, machined, fabricated, and assembled parts or products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications.
  • Review inspection and test data, including measurements, quantities inspected, grades, temperatures, weights, and other quality indicators.
  • Approve the rejection or disposal of products, materials, and equipment that do not meet quality standards.
  • Monitor production operations and equipment to ensure compliance with established specifications.
  • Identify production issues and assist in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicate inspection findings with production and quality teams.
  • Recommend and support necessary process or assembly adjustments to improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and operational goals.

What’s Needed?

Candidate Profile

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience required.
  • 10+ years of quality, manufacturing, or related industry experience required.
  • Expert knowledge of quality control processes, production operations, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Expert knowledge of raw materials and product inspection methodologies.
  • Expert understanding of machines, tools, equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
