Recruiting Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the People Experience department supporting the Talent team. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, a customer-service mindset, and the drive to continuously improve processes—skills that will help you coordinate a high volume of interviews while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $39/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Partner with recruiters and administrators to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for a high volume of technical and non-technical roles.
• Champion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well-coordinated experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Coordination team, driving execution of coordination projects and initiatives.
• Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies in the interview process by partnering with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Support operational excellence by analyzing data, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements that increase the effectiveness and scalability of recruiting operations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within recruiting coordination.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to balance urgency with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal business partners while maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
• Motivation to grow into leadership—seeing yourself as a future people manager.
