Our client, a global leader in consumer goods and chemical manufacturing, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting cross-functional product development and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Location: Trumbull, CT (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 – $36/hour (BOE)
What’s the Job?
- Review and approve product labeling and artwork to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support Safety Data Sheet (SDS) development and ingredient disclosures
- Evaluate raw materials, formulations, and packaging for regulatory compliance
- Maintain and enter compliance data into systems and documentation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet US and Canada regulatory requirements
What’s Needed?
- 2+ years of regulatory affairs experience in consumer products or chemicals
- Knowledge of regulations such as EPA, TSCA, Prop 65, FDA, and VOC requirements
- Experience with SDS and compliance documentation systems
- Ability to review product labeling and artwork for compliance
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
