Reliability Engineer - Drive Equipment Performance & Reliability

Pay Rate: $85,000 - $115,000/year
Schedule: Rotating schedule

Looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer in Ashland, ME! Our client is seeking a motivated professional to join their team in a critical role focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall mill performance. Typical daily duties:

• Analyze equipment performance and identify reliability improvement opportunities
• Investigate equipment failures and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to reduce downtime
• Monitor asset health, track reliability metrics, and recommend equipment and process improvements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of reliability engineering and maintenance experience, including CMMS systems and predictive maintenance practices
• Strong knowledge of RCA, RCM, FMEA, TPM methodologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
