Retail Construction Project Manager

Our client, Retail Construction is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Retail Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery team supporting client-focused retail buildouts and remodels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retail project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.

Location:Fully remote, anywhere in the US (no specific timezone). There will be travel as needed; travel will be reimbursed.

Pay Range:$59.38

What's the Job?

• Deliver exceptional project management services across a portfolio of retail construction projects, including remodeling and new builds.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet required specifications and performance expectations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate and/or retail construction delivery.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• SmartSheet experience preferred; commercial real estate background preferred.
