Our client, an industry leader in automotive design and innovation, is seeking a Sr. Digital Modeler to join their team. As a Sr. Digital Modeler, you will be part of the Digital Creation department supporting the design and development teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surfacing expertise, outstanding design judgment, and industry-leading execution speed, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: 100% onsite at 1900 Harpers Way, Torrance, CA 90501
Pay Range:$71.98
What's the Job?
- Create high-quality digital models using Autodesk Alias, translating design sketches and themes into compelling 3D volumes with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop production-ready surfaces while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and design fidelity.
- Partner closely with designers, visualization artists, engineers, and studio leadership to realize and elevate design intent throughout the development process.
- Rapidly iterate and refine digital models while balancing quality, timing, and technical feasibility.
- Drive modeling excellence by establishing and maintaining best practices in digital surfacing, model quality, and workflow efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Alias with demonstrated expert-level mastery of NURBS modeling.
- Proven ability to create complex, high-quality surfaces with exceptional speed, precision, and consistency.
- Deep understanding of automotive surfacing principles and digital craftsmanship.
- Exceptional capability in rapid sketch modeling and concept development.
- Extensive experience creating world-class Class-A surfaces with knowledge of surface continuity, curvature control, and production feasibility.
