Senior Electrician

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Department supporting the Critical Environment and R&D Laboratory Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

What’s the Job?

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair single-phase and three-phase electrical systems up to 480V in a critical R&D laboratory environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical distribution systems, lighting, emergency power equipment, panels, and motor controls.
• Install conduit, pull wire, terminate circuits, and complete electrical upgrades in compliance with NEC standards.
• Support critical power infrastructure, including UPS systems, switchgear, and emergency power distribution equipment.
• Document maintenance activities through a CMMS platform while ensuring compliance with safety and service-level requirements.

What’s Needed?

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent electrical certification.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, and motor controls up to 480V.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and electrical safety best practices.
