Senior Supply Chain Manager
Location: Northwest Arkansas
A leading manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, materials management, inventory control, supplier performance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Manage procurement, materials planning, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Partner with operations, engineering, program management, and finance to support production and customer commitments.
- Drive successful new product introductions and supplier readiness activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of supply chain, procurement, materials, or operations experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- 3+ years of ERP system experience.
- 3+ years of S&OP experience.
- Strong background in inventory management, supplier development, procurement, and production planning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA and/or APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or CSCP certification.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments.
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
