  • Strong expertise in chromatography (IC, LC, GC) and molecular spectroscopy (FTIR, Raman, NIR).
  • Analytical lab/chemistry experience is a must have, including laboratory testing and chemical lab/cleanroom exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply statistical tools (e.g., SPC, control charts, trending) and investigate out-of-control conditions or anomalous data.

What's in it for me?

  • Lead analytical testing and laboratory operations by reviewing results, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely material release.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data trend analysis, method performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner across manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve out-of-spec results and support audits and customer inquiries.
  • Work with critical instrumentation (IC, HPLC, GC, Raman, FTIR, XRF) in a production-focused wet lab environment.
  • Contribute to a values-driven, collaborative culture where your technical leadership can make a measurable impact.
