Site Manager

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate services, is seeking a Site Manager 5 - to join their team. As a Site Manager 5 - , you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting property operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Manager 5 

Location: Alexander City, AL

What's the Job?

• Manage operations and maintenance of 24 facilities, each ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 sq ft
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee facilities projects, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures across all locations

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience in facilities operations, management, or consulting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and coordinate teams
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and CMMS systems such as Corrigo
• Ability to travel by car between multiple locations, with travel expenses reimbursed
