Sourcer

Our client, a world-class sourcing organization, is seeking a Sourcer to join their team. As a Sourcer, you will be part of the recruiting organization supporting engineering hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to build scalable talent pipelines, the ability to evaluate technical aptitude with confidence, and consultative communication skills that help you partner effectively across levels of the organization.

Pay Range: $52/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Qualify and understand job requirements to ensure sourcing aligns with team needs and priorities.
• Source and screen resumes, evaluating candidates to determine fit for both technical and behavioral expectations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering talent in partnership with recruiting stakeholders to support ongoing hiring.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles, with ownership of pipeline building.
• Act as an ambassador of the brand while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of full cycle sourcing experience.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
• Tech and industry knowledge to understand relevant skills and identify strong companies and talent sources.
• Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Genuine passion for the mission and a commitment to scaling talent pipelines through thoughtful strategy.
