Sprinkler Superintendent

Our client, a global leader in building technologies, fire protection, and smart infrastructure, is seeking a Sprinkler Superintendent to join their team. As a Sprinkler Superintendent, you will be part of the Construction Operations Department supporting Field Installation, Project Management, and General Contractor Teams. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sprinkler Superintendent
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Pay Range: $70/hour

What's the Job?

• Lead teams of sprinkler fitters and apprentices on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate installation activities with General Contractors and project stakeholders.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
• Track project schedules, material usage, change orders, RFIs, and daily logs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Siemens, and NFPA safety and installation standards.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of fire sprinkler installation and repair experience.
• Experience supervising sprinkler fitters and field installation crews.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA fire protection codes and standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage project documentation.
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
