Our client, a leading organization in the petrochemical industry, is seeking a Sr Process Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Process Engineer, you will be part of the Process Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist the production engineer in deriving operating targets to optimize unit performance and economic efficiency.
- Conduct process scope development for capital projects, including justifications and conceptual design reviews.
- Participate in and lead incident investigations to enhance plant safety and environmental compliance.
- Implement process and capital improvements to increase production, reduce energy consumption, and lower operating costs.
- Perform process simulations and modeling to support operational decision-making and troubleshooting.
What's Needed?
- BS in Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years of process engineering experience in petrochemical or refining environments.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card.
- Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with a strong analytical mindset.
