Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and logistics, is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to join their team. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Supply Chain Project Manager

Location:Homewood, Illinois

Pay Range:$100,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the dedicated PMO resource for Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive project execution, accountability, governance, and continuous improvement for supply chain functions.
  • Utilize JIRA to coordinate all project activities, ensuring ownership, delegation, and timely completion of initiatives.
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Leadership to align project goals and deliverables.

What's Needed?

  • 5 to 7+ years of project management experience on complex, enterprise-wide projects.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams in business, operations, and technical domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Clickup, or Monday.com.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to work effectively across all organizational levels.
