Supply Chain Specialist III

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist III to join their team. As a Supply Chain Specialist III, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting customer order execution for Merchant Market and Services business. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Execute timely and accurate customer order processing for Merchant Market and Services, ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
• Use the PCNA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to enter, analyze, and produce reports as needed to support order fulfillment and business needs.
• Coordinate across Sales, Lab Services, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting to keep orders moving and resolve issues quickly.
• Support inside sales activities including accurate order entry, product allocation to orders and inventory, purchase order creation, invoice creation, and timely transaction posting aligned to KPI targets.
• Provide backup coverage and cross-training across supply chain, planning, and purchasing functions, including backup leadership coverage for the Supply Chain Manager and/or Planning Manager.

What's Needed?

• B.A. or B.S. degree in a business-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3–6 years of demonstrated experience in a high transactional volume, customer-focused role with emphasis on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• APICS certification in an industry-related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with ERP data entry/system experience and efficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
