Our client, a leading Autonomous Vehicle technology company, is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Control Training team supporting Service Operations and Mission Readiness operators. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent coaching abilities, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mission Readiness Trainer - Service
Location: 1340 Airport Commerce Drive, #building 2, Austin, TX
Pay Range: $33/hr
What’s the Job?
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new and experienced Mission Readiness Service operators.
- Facilitate classroom training, demonstrations, and feedback sessions to ensure proficiency with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct operator assessments, performance audits, and provide feedback to leadership and stakeholders.
- Review training materials, identify knowledge gaps, and collaborate with Training Supervisors to improve curriculum.
- Maintain operational knowledge by supporting Service activities as needed.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member.
- 1–3 years of experience in the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) industry.
- Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and Service operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, travel up to 25%, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
