Our client, Automation and Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Automation Control Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on mechanical experience, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $25+

Shift: 4th Shift: 6am-6pm Sun, Fri, Sat

What's the Job?

  • Assist in interpreting and bringing automation designs to life alongside engineers and technicians.
  • Study specifications, models, drawings, and descriptions to facilitate the building of automation equipment.
  • Manage projects by organizing and maintaining workspace and materials.
  • Assemble, wire, plumb, and test custom automation equipment incorporating advanced systems like robots, lasers, and pick-and-place mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and verify conformance of machined parts and assembled mechanisms.

What's Needed?

  • Five or more years of experience in a mechanic, manufacturing, or machinist environment or equivalent training.
  • Hands-on skills from working on vehicles, farms, or home projects are highly valued.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and models, including SolidWorks files.
  • Experience with wiring, plumbing, and basic automation electronics such as sensors and VFDs.
  • Willingness to attend training to expand knowledge of programming languages and machine maintenance.
