Technician

Our client, in Elkhorn NE, a leading biotechnology and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the Production Operations team supporting Manufacturing and Packaging Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician
Location: Onsite
Pay Range: 22.73 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate production and packaging equipment, including start-up, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring.
• Complete accurate production documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform production procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a fast-paced team environment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following established procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Biology or related science preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely, follow detailed procedures, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
