Our client is seeking a Training Supervisor - Vehicle Operations to join their team. As a Training Supervisor - Vehicle Operations, you will be part of the training supporting vehicle operators. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on training mindset, a commitment to quality assurance, and the drive to keep learner progression on track, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 36
Hours: 11:30am - 7:30pm (Monday - Friday)
What's the Job?
- Oversee Vehicle Operations training activities at the assigned location, ensuring training standards are enforced and targets are reached.
- Audit Trainer and Mentor activities for quality assurance, and support on-location alignment on procedures.
- Track learner progression and maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System.
- Schedule training missions/sessions and coordinate resources for Vehicle Operations learners in alignment with high-level scaling goals.
- Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions as needed, including IRL and simulated experiences, and update training materials (classroom decks, assessments, etc.) when required.
What's Needed?
- At least 12 months of being a fully trained vehicle operator at Zoox.
- 1-3 years of experience in AV space.
- Knowledge of Zoox vehicle testing procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management, and to explain technical issues to support trainees.
- Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record, and comply with the Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Program adopted by Zoox as required for public passenger service.
