Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization, is seeking a Buyer to join their team. You will be part of the Procurement team supporting cross-functional business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and strong attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Buyer
Location: Tempe, AZ Hybrid Schedule – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote 
Pay Range: $36.00 - $40.00 /hour

🔍What’s the Job?

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in compliance with company policies and government regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Analyze vendor quotes, proposals, and service offerings to identify cost-effective and compliant solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance related to quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Ensure procurement activities follow established procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.

✅What’s Needed?

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Working knowledge of government procurement regulations, including FAR/DFARS.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and work effectively under general supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
