Our client, a global manufacturing and industrial technology company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management team supporting Planning, Procurement, and Order Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Olathe, KS (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Range: $57.82

What’s the Job?

• Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Planning, Procurement, and Order Management teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and tracking tools.
• Support resolution of project roadblocks and ensure timely follow-through on action items.

What’s Needed?

• Experience coordinating or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced Excel skills, including dashboards, reporting, and analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced business environment.
