Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Client Services Technician to join their team. As a Client Services Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting onsite end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Client Services Technician
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $45/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Provide onsite support to end users five days a week in Foster City, CA
- Manage Tier 1 support requests through emails, Slack, and Jira/ServiceNow Service Desk tickets
- Track and manage support tickets within our ticketing systems
- Coordinate escalations to other IT team members as needed
- Identify and report support trends to improve service quality
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written communication skills for support logs
- Effective time management to provide timely updates and solutions
- Ability to multitask and assist multiple employees simultaneously
