Our client, Construction & Data Center Delivery is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager 5, you will be part of the EPC AI Core_1010 organization supporting production and operating readiness for critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 5

Location: Goodyear, AZ (Phoenix area) — Hybrid (4 days/week onsite)

Pay Range: $86.25 - $92.89 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers to support safe, on-schedule delivery.
  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Review operations and confer with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect and address issues.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff; set and monitor product standards; and prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience required, including construction/integration leadership in technical environments.
  • Strong data center infrastructure and technical knowledge to support integration and delivery.
  • Integration program/project management experience, including planning, tracking, and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Vendor and construction management experience, including risk awareness, quality focus, and proactive communication.
