Construction Manager 5

Our client, a leading technology company specializing in data center infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Manager 5, you will be part of the Construction Management Department supporting Data Center Development, Engineering, and Construction Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $91.50 - $98.54/hour

What’s the Job?

• Lead and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction activities for large-scale data center projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct and lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Review project plans, contracts, cost estimates, and construction documentation.

What’s Needed?

• 15+ years of construction management experience with a strong focus on MEP systems.
• Previous experience supporting data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site compliance requirements.
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
